A road to paradise-Plastics
He is some one who has gone beyond the realm of personal well-being and worked for the well-being of others. It’s all about ordinary people doing extraordinary things! One of the real heroes of CNN IBN is Ahmed Khan who is basically from Bangalore. Ahmed uses plastic in road construction, thereby reducing the ecological impact of plastic and making better roads. Waste plastic proved to be good for construction of road as it increases the life of roads three-fold. This apart, the frequency of road repairs would be reduced as the chances of seepage of rain water is minimized due to presence of plastic. Guess its time for good roads in India ;-)

Papers
With the advent of new technologies we are getting much better-that’s a fact.
Earlier we consumed papers for sending documents, letters, cards etc but with the arrival of Internet and E-mails, we have reduced the use of papers and that’s in a way saving our mother Earth :-)
